Dividend-Powered Day

Today was a strong day on the passive income front, with dividends rolling in across a few of my favourite REITs. In Trading 212, I received:

• £5.08 from Main Street Capital

• £5.49 from Realty Income

• £4.87 from WP Carey

• £2.50 from STAG Industrial

• £0.83 from Agree Realty

That’s a total of £18.77, which I put straight back to work—buying 0.3 shares of Agree Realty and a small top-up in Realty Income.

Over in Freetrade, I also received another £5.01 from WP Carey. I combined that with some spare cash and picked up a share of Rolls-Royce. Letting the dividends do the heavy lifting!
