Small Wins Add Up – Dividend Day & a Bit of Private Equity

Today turned out to be a solid little earnings day across the board.

💰 From dividend payments, I received:

• £2.79 from Chevron (converted from USD)

• £0.32 from ExxonMobil (also converted)

• £0.15 from an income payout via Housemartin on a property share

• And £5 from Shoppix — just for scanning my receipts!

With the dividends received in Trading 212, I picked up a fractional share in VICI Properties REIT, one of my favourites for reliable income and long-term potential.

On top of that, a crowdfunding payment went through — £48.76 into a company called PIE. It’s one of the few ways I’ve found to get a bit of exposure to private equity without needing massive capital.

Not big numbers, but it’s the consistency that counts. Bit by bit, brick by brick.
