Today’s Cashflow: Dividends and Property Income Rolling In

Today Has Been a Good Day for Income!

Today has turned out to be a great day for receiving dividend income across several of my investments.

Here’s what came in:

• £20.63 from Ares Capital

• £1.98 from PepsiCo

• £2.40 from Imperial Brands

On top of that, last Friday I also received:

• £5.48 from Tesco

• £2.48 from BP

I haven’t yet decided exactly how I’ll be reinvesting these dividends, but it’s always a good feeling seeing the cash build up ready to be put to work again.

Additionally, I received a small distribution from Housemartin:

• £0.19 in rental income

• £0.16 in rental income

Every little bit helps grow the overall portfolio, whether it’s from dividends or property income.
