Today's Earnings Recap – Free Cash & Fresh Investments

Not a bad day on the earnings front!

I received a £1.65 dividend from VICI Properties, which I instantly reinvested back into the same stock. It’s been one of my consistent REIT plays, and I’m happy to keep building the position.

On the P2P side, House Martin paid out a small £0.15 in rental income – not much, but it all adds up.

The bigger win today came from TopCashback – I cashed out £38, made up of a £10 sign-up bonus and £28 cashback from opening and funding a Moneyfarm Cash ISA. Essentially, I got paid to move part of my portfolio into a product that’ll now earn me interest going forward. Win-win.

To round things off, I used the cashback (plus some tiny survey profits) to open a small position in AMD on eToro. The stock’s been running strong, with new price targets around $200 – it’s been on my watchlist for a while, so felt like a good time to get in.
